Switched On meets 70-year-old synthesizer guru Dr. Bob Moog, the inventor of the trademark Moog synthesizer, now enjoying a cult revival. They discuss his instruments, which electrified the sound of popular music in the 60’s and 70’s, his philosophies of sound synthesis, and his musical life journey which included working with Raymond Scott, Keith Emerson and Wendy Carlos.

The show features classic to trashy Moog music and interviews with synth pioneers Jean-Jacques Perrey & Gershon Kingsley.
