Remixwars.com has announced its first official remix competition, in association with Substream records artists Auto-Auto from Sweden.

Up for grabs to winners of the competition will be software packages, with the top winner receiving a prize with a retail value of €900. In conjunction with the competition, the band’s Totem EP will be available for free download.

Auto-Auto is a duo from Gothenburg. The band plays electronic pop with influences from several styles of music, and also with some experimental elements. Auto-Auto is also a multi-art project, with a mission that changes society into something better from the bottom up.

Earlier this year Auto-Auto’s debut album Sounds of a New Generator was released on Substream and it has been well received by both audiences and reviewers around the world.
