The Vienna Symphonic Library has announced that the company has added RTAS (Mac) and VST (Mac) to its list of supported plug-in formats. Macintosh users of Pro Tools and Cubase may now use VIENNA INSTRUMENTS natively in their host programs.
In addition, an Intel Mac Public Beta version is currently available at Vienna?€™s User Area. Within the next four weeks, the second part of the SYMPHONIC CUBE (Woodwinds II, Brass I, Brass II, Harps, and Percussion) will be ready for shipping.
Also at Musikmesse 2006 the Vienna Symphonic Library was presented with the prestigious ?€œm.i.p.a. Award?€(Musikmesse International Press Award). The m.i.p.a. community includes journalists from around 80 magazines worldwide that vote for outstanding products in various categories. In just three years since its first appearance at the Musikmesse this is the third m.i.p.a. Award for the Vienna Symphonic Library.
