Native Instruments today released Bandstand 1.0.2, an update for its professional General MIDI software instrument, adding Universal Binary support. Users of Intel-based Macintosh computers can now take full advantage of the comprehensive selection of natural instruments and the powerful GM features of Bandstand.
The 1.0.2 update for Windows and Mac is now available as a free download for all registered users of Bandstand on the NI website.
For installation on a Intel-based Macintosh computer, a Universal Binary license code can be purchased for $ 29 / 25 Euro in the NI Online Shop. Customers who first registered Bandstand after September 12th, 2006, are eligible for a free Universal Binary license code.
