Alien Apparatus has announced the availability of Solo Performer Show Controller version 3.5. The new version 3.5 is now a Universal Binary application that runs natively on the new Intel Macs.
While the older releases could run on Intel Macs under Rosetta emulation, the new version takes advantage of the speed of the new processors and runs considerably faster. The increased speed allows the software to send very fast light changes and MIDI events.
Also in version 3.5 is the new ability to manually flip through lyrics displays. Solo Performer Show Controller has always had the ability to show lyrics displays on-screen and change them automatically as songs play back. Now there is an option available to step through the displays manually using the foot controller or the arrow keys on the keyboard.
Version 3.5 also includes numerous smaller enhancements such as customizable list scrolling speeds, better event editing, an easier audio file setup feature for new users, and contextual menus throughout.
Solo Performer Show Controller is available for both Windows and Macintosh computer systems.
