Croatian keytar player Belinda Bedekovic has been playing music since she was three and a half years old. She is now known as “the fastest finger on the remote keyboard”.

But while she was a keyboard wunderkind, and has been making music since then, she’s best known in the US for her appearances accompanying Sacha Baron Cohen, aka Borat.

Based on the video, you might think that this performance was some sort of shtick. Actually, her unusual skill and style on the keyboard is unique in all the world. The video below shows her solo performance of Tornado on the Remote Keyboard.

On her public appearances with her virtuosity and performance she ”demolishes everything in front of her”, and they are regularly accompanied by enthusiastic applause, sometimes even leading to euphoria.

This fragile blue blooded brunette recently released her single CD, which contains three compositions: ”When you kiss me”, ”My song” and ”Tornado”, and video CD with ”Tornado” and ”My song”.

At the end of september 2006 Belinda returned from Hollywood where she made a soundtrack and video with Ali G. (Borat), the greatest comedian of the 21st century, for his latest movie ”Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for make Benefit Glorius Nation of Kazakhstan”. Sacha Baron Cohen aka Ali G. or Borat was surfing on the internet and lit upon her web site. After he saw on Belinda’s web site video for her composition ”Tornado” he knew he wanted her and only her for his project.

Afterwards Belinda was contacted by one of Borat’s producers, but there was a problem with Belinda’s visa. Since Borat wanted only Belinda for his video, he was waiting for a year with filming until Belinda gets visa and comes to USA. When Belinda arrived to Hollywood, Borat made Belinda a true hollywood star. Limo waited for Belinda at the airport, and when she arrived at the studio, entire crew preceded by Sascha Baron Cohen bid welcome and thanked her for coming to Hollywood.

At the studio make up man and hair stylist waited for Belinda, and there also was her wardrobe with champagne and fruits. The song that Belinda and Borat made was called ”You be my wife” and they both played keytar. They have a love dialogue which is a little bit romantic and little bit passionate. That unforgetable week Belinda was located at the Hyatt West Hollywood Hotel.
