   Dude, my 8 year old watches this on YouTube with me a few days ago and says “dad, that sounds like it was made with Reason or Live!” So we broke out the 909 sounds in Live 7 and went to town. Kids love beats. The show even has a “beat of the day” how-to with Biz Markie. Word.

   You gotta love this Yo Gabba Gabba show - it looks like it was created by people who grew up with classic electronic music sounds.

   It was created by the frontman from the ska band The Aquabats. Notice that Mark Mothersbaugh is the guest artist. It’s a trip seeing the lead singer of Devo drawing a monkey. I think my wife and I look forward to watching this show as much as our 3 1/2 yo daughter does.

   yo gabba gabba is the GREATEST children’s show of all time!! Me and my 3 year old are watching it right now and she loves it just as much as I do. Biz Markie, Tony Hawk, Leslie and the Ly’s, the Aquabats, the Saltines and so many other great people have been on the show. While I will always be a loyal fan of Peewee’s Playhouse, Yo Gabba Gabba is right up there. I miss the 80’s, but Yo is a nice reminder of the simpler times of childhood before the internet and pokemon.

   MY LITTLE SISTER IS ONE AND WATCHES THAT IT WILL KEEP HER QUITE FOR EVER. WE WATCH IT ON FREE ON DEMAND MAYBE FIVE OR SIX TIMES A DAY. THE SHOW IS SOO STUPID BUT THE PEOPLE WHO CAME UP WITH IT GET A LOT OF MONEY. THAT BLACK GUY IN THE BEGINNING IS SUPER SCARY BUT MY SISTER LOVES HIM

   PLEASE, I’M TRIYING TO GET THE SONG “I’M SO HAPPY” FROM THE SALTINES, BUT I’CAN’T FIND IT, AND MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER LOVES THAT SONG AND THE SHOW IS LIKE THE BEST THING DURING THE DAY FOR HER, SO PLEASE IF SOMEBODY CAN TELL ME HOW TO GET THAT SONG.
