Carl Stone is one gurus of live computer music in the classical tradition, having worked with computers in live performance since 1986.

I remember picking up a copy of his Woo Lae Oak - a sort of minimal ambient work - in Lawrence, KS.

This was back in the vinyl days, and I hadn’t heard a lot of his more recent work.
