The big beat sound is still great – but Prodigy’s Firestarter video hasn’t aged so well.
I remember it as being more dark, twisted and David Lynch. Watching it now, though, Keith Flint looks a lot like an emo version of Dilbert’s pointy-haired boss.
And lyrics like “I’m a firestarter, twisted firestarter,” don’t sound so dark and twisted coming from Dilbert’s emo pointy-haired boss.

oh gawd no, it’s the return of mugatu!
“they’re break-dance fighting”
Amoeba – mugatu was an instigator!
I never liked this idiot when they moved to do this stuff, and always hated this damn song.
You guys are a bunch of iddiots. This song as aged well, and your reasoning of the song being “emo” is completely ignorant.
There was a VERY funny riff on “Firestarter” @ http://www.museumoftechno.org/ awhile ago. I can’t find it at a glance, but it was well-worth the listen!
