My sales guy where I bought the Plug-in said ---"The controller works like a charm..." and usability in the MANUAL is very CHARMING but in real life---I'm totally clueless. The user forum via Digidesign is very little help too. One response to a support question was extremely condescending and demanded that the user "tell us EXACTLY what you are doing and EXACTLY what you WANT TO DO..." Duhh...I like my software to work so I can compose music!!!!
