Peter Speer demos the Voice of Saturn sequencer, an inexpensive DIY sequencer kit.

He’s also got a review at his site.

Bottom line?

“In total, the Voice of Saturn Sequencer took me three nights to complete (about 12 hours altogether). If you have more experience in kit building than I do (which is to say “some”), I’m sure you’d be able to shave a few hours off that time.

This is the first sequencer I’ve owned (or used, for that matter), and as soon as I switched it on I immediately wanted to cobble together a second unit. Trust me, if I can build one of these, you can too.”
