MuTools‘ MU.LAB is a software application for OSX and Windows that turns your computer into a virtual music studio.
It’s available in two versions:
- MU.LAB Free has a 6 track limit and can only mixdown in 16 Bit.
- MU.LAB Unlimited can do unlimited tracks and can also mixdown in 32 Bit for more extensive musical productions.
Included is MuSynth, a modular sound engine - you build up a sound by connecting oscillators, filters, amplifiers, envelopes, lfos etc… and tweaking each module’s parameters.
