Iconic Apps has introduced a new software instrument for the iPhone, RetroSynth (App Store link). It recreates the old-school sounds of the Stylophone as an iPhone app.
It’s $.99 in the App Store.

Beware of cheap imitations!
FYI: Retro Synth is no longer a Stylophone App, there can be only one
