The person who really wants their music out there, and probably armed with some good music, would have done the research to find out what to do for that particular label. If deterring people to see who leaps over the hurdle of physical delivery is the goal, then that mostly succeeds, but it also doesn't tap into today's tech possibilities, e.g., using a SoundCloud DropBox.
