This is a demo for a Multitouch Pinball instrument.
The bizarre project combines MAX, PureData, a MIDI controller and a multi-touch webcam. The positions of the balls affect DSP effects.
The first comment on YouTube declares that “That is slightly more fun to watch than paint drying or gras growing.”
What do you think? Is there any hope for this as a musical device or should the multitouch pinball instrument keep its day job?
