I had the chance to check this out at NAMM, and it’s a Mopho alright!

Does Dave Smith kinda look like the guy who flies the helicopter on lost?
I bought one of these babies about a month ago, and it’s a hell of a lot of fun. You really can’t beat it for the price. It sounds creamy, and you can get some really low tones out of it. I upgraded my subwoofer just to take advantage of its earthshaking lowend goodness. The interface is simple, but highly customizable, and there is a great graphical program to design patches. It’s monophonic, so I mostly use it for basslines, but again, you can’t beat the price.
