The sustainability of the tone across pitch makes it a great synth (Noise.io UI needs to learn from this) Hint: how to get a beat. Put on full echo repeat and echo volume, and then compose something. Compress it with the "echo time" function. This will get a beat going depending on how long you keep "echo time" at the lower left. This results in a bass (in general) pattern. Then you can compose further over it. Using this method you can get maybe two to three (merged) layers of patterns. The Mundane: The little cute robot is cute for about a second and then useless forever more. It would be nice to see a history of your touch trail. The Bad: (as with most iPhone Music apps, apart from Beatmaker and Noise.io) you cannot save the resultant music into a wav file and import it into another app (like Beatmaker.) Also with each version iteration the menu system on the right is becoming less and less user friendly. The designers need to start using icons and better interaction. Verdict: Get it. You may have to sample the sound from the audio jack to reuse in another app. The Good:
