this band sounds like the noises that might have resulted by the likes of the normal, visage, duran duran, gary numan and depeche mode the morning after an all night chili eating tequila drinking binge. the musical equivalent of high pressure colonic blow-out.

I’ve been listening to a lot of 80s-throwback synth pop recently. Australia’s Modular Records is home to Cut Copy, The Presets, and others who have that Depeche Mode flavor. On the drum and bass front, John B is pretty much THE go-to guy for your 80s-on-sped-up-breakbeats addictions.

This vid is sorta reminiscent of Flock of Seagulls, yeah. And not just because of THAT HAIR.

Wow, the lead singer is trying SO hard. How did they get Lars Ulrich to be their drummer?

I would say that the 80s band this band reminds me of most is Slayer.
