Musikmesse: Arturia has announced that Minimoog V 2.0 will be shipping on April 20.

This new version of Arturia’s Minimoog synthesizer emulation includes:

• Advanced automation mode
• A new preset navigation system called the SoundMap
• New formant-analysis-based FX called the Vocal Filter
• Various improvements to the sound structure
• A fresh bunch of presets
• Bug fixes

This is a free upgrade for 1.6 owners. You’ll be able to download your Minimoog V 2.0 and request your Syncrosoft Activation code. A short online guide will help you in upgrading your product.
