This information is to protect others.
I wish to advise anyone interested in purchasing modular synth modules to not deal with PLAN B and/or Peter Grenader.
With the time I have spent dealing with modular companies I have never come across a person who abuses his customers and STEALS MONEY from them and/or never replaced faulty stock like Peter has done.
ELBY DESIGN (Once distributor for Plan B)is owed $6k from Peter.
MANY other customers have paid for modules that have never arrived or modules sent for repair that have not been returned.
There are reams more posts from people with complaints about Plan B at the Muff Wiggler forum.
It’s terrible to see so many unhappy customers, when Grenader has some great ideas about modular synths.

His modules are great. His customer service and attitude leave very much to be desired. I’ve been waiting for 70 days for a module I paid for on Feb 7th. It was supposedly built and ready to ship…NOT. Read more here:

Other than a 2nd hand model 15 blowing up my midi to cv module, I’ve had no dealings w/ plan b and I don’t plan to given the man’s track record. I’m a broken hearted fan.
sadly Peter’s proven himself to be some kind of scumbag
he has stolen money from me too. Sold me a module which he never delivered – lied about it, and then hasn’t replied to my very calm and reasonable enquiries. Its not just his failure to deliver, its his blatent dishonesty that rankles
Its plain and simple fraud. he’s a crook

- pass it on, people. Tell your friends and post it to forums/blogs. Not to slam his company, but to save people the trouble of being ripped off by that douche.
hmmm – "3 sides" – that's the exact phrase that Peter used at Muff Wiggler's forum. Could this actually be Peter?
The problem is that, if you actually read Muff's forum, you'll see that there are MANY people who have had problems with Peter – most of them centered around promises not kept, and horrible, horrible communication. Peter's always willing to throw out some recent calamity – his father's health, etc, to explain the problems, but in some cases, these issues go back years. Look at the way he responds to people on that forum – he evades questions asked directly to him over and over and over again. I'm just sick of this '3 sides' bullshit. I could go on for pages about the distortions that he has posted about me and my expensive Milton that he has had for repair twice – once for a few months, and now for about a year. It's all there on Muff's forum. Be very wary of doing business with Peter Grenader. That's all I can say.
I love his modules but also had a problem with the oscilator I bought…failed and it simply took WAY too long get the situation resolved.
