First thanks for the words of support, nice to know that people are enjoying the sounds we are making. We would love to be able to do this. If there were a generic USB to iPod interface connector it could definitely be done, and would turn the iPhone / iTouch into amazing portable, playable devices. You could even imagine docking an iPhone into a small keyboard to provide power. We have enough flexibility within the Ellatron engine to support velocity response and make the thing *amazingly* playable, but we need the peripheral interface to be available. Battery life should improve as well, without all the screen touches the backlight could be powered down, and the backlight is usually the most power-hungry part of these devices. It's truly a bargain for the price.
