Sunday Synth Jam: NI Maschine vs. Kore 2 Tech Jam, via SuicideServer:

As the title says – this is Native Instruments Maschine battling with my new Kore2 System.

Maschine and Kore2 are hosted in Abletons Live 8 and also i have a Kore 2 Instance which contains D16´s Phoscyon. Everything as always performed live.

That definitely depends on your definition of "live"….

Yeah man. Thanks for sharing this. Nice. I have a Maschine too and despite its glaring omissions (like groove quantize, pattern naming, outboard MIDI, and the list goes on), it's a very fun box to play around with. One day when it grows up it will be formidable me thinks

You are not giving this machine justice dude. Sorry but thats kinda point and click you got going on and you are very linear. Practice some performance on it i.e use it for performing effects wise, you can get some interesting and spontaneous results.

    Cheers

      something to think about

Percussion music is revolution. Sound and rhythm have too long been submissive to the restrictions of nineteenth century music. Today we are fighting for their emancipation. Tomorrow, with electronic music in our ears, we will hear freedom. — John Cage
