This is a demo of a prototype 6-way stereo optical theremin noise maker.

Don’t worry, It’s meant it go dark in the middle! Here’s something fairly obvious to try with a hex schmitt trigger inverter chip. Wire up all six sections as optical theremins with 3 in each channel for some weird stereo atonal action.

    The one thing I don't like about these sorts of videos (yes, only one thing), is that they never include a good shot of the breadboard circuit. It would only take a second to tip the thing into view before hooking up the battery.
