The Crystal Method, Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland, have announced a remix contest with Indaba Music.

Remix their track Come Back Clean, and you could win a microKorg XL and get your mix featured on TCM’s site.

Come Back Clean, from their new album Divided By Night, features Metric vocalist Emily Haines and drummer Samantha Maloney (Hole, Motley Crue, Peaches, Chelsea Girls). Check out the video above to get an inside look at Crystalwerks studio and get a glimpse of how the song was created.

On top of this new gear, the winner’s remix will be promoted in Filter’s media section, land a spot in the PSSST digital sampler distributed by FILTER Magazine and will be featured as a streaming track on The Crystal Method MySpace page.

and if you win, you get a Microkorg XL? What generosity! And what do they get if they win?

Please forgive me if this feels spammy, but I just wanted to promote my remix in this contest. It'd be awesome if you'd be willing to give it a listen. If you dig it, it'd be even more awesome if you'd vote for it. Have to say, I had a lot of fun working on this. Did anyone else here submit something?

Nearly all the things I do that are of any merit at all start off just being good fun, and I think I’m sort of building up to doing something else quite soon. — Brian Eno
