October is just around the corner…so I'm gonna wait to see what the hardware actually works like, it wasn't ever the marketing that got me interested, it was the specs and what they said on paper it will do.

now just waiting to see it delivered…I will say this, i'm not sure the "industry" will allow them another push back on the release…so we'll see what's good.

the pace thing isn't that major to me, i've never had any problems with pace on any of my machines, but I know tons of folks don't like it and I'd definitely like to see a simple serial number system or something other than what they are doing now for authorization…the system is too manual and cumbersome.

Subject to this EULA, BKE hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without rights to sublicense, to incorporate the Sounds and Beats into sound recordings produced by you and to copy, distribute, and publicly perform such sound recordings, provided that, in the case of the Beats, you provide an attribution credit to BKE as the source of the Beats. You shall not copy, distribute, license, sell or otherwise transfer the Sounds and/or Beats in their original and unedited or edited forms.

You may think about that before you consider da thang
