Based one the first 30 seconds of the video, this video describes the version of GB that comes with iLive 08. That being said, it is a well done tutorial about the basic capabilities of the application. It will be interesting to see how much in depth the author gets into the inner workings of GB in future videos.
I think it was kind of pointless, actually. Why is he spending several minutes going on and on about compression (audio, not file) when he hasn't even demonstrated a basic recording yet?
