I contacted them about problems a week ago and they have not responded. I'm seriously considering just dumping it and using standard commenting – but I do like several of the features that IntenseDebate adds.

It takes me back to the good ol' 1980s and Clive Sinclair, but at least he had the decency to photograph an empty box. It reminds me of all those guitar effects schematics on the web labelled "untested, but should work." Tesla was another proponent of this infallible method.
