This is a sneak preview of Richard Devine’s GrainCube Reaktor Ensemble, an upcoming free multi-granular processing instrument that has individual randomizing sections, allowing for “endless never repeating sonic gestures”.
GrainCube is a collaboration between RachMiel (Rick Scott), Reaktor building/construction, and Antonio Blanca, LemurCube Control surface design.
Sounds, sources, samples by Richard Devine, Antonio Blanca and Josh Kay.
Note: The video is a preview of the Lemurized version of GrainCube, the full version will have 4 granular samplers instead of two.
