  1. This is quite poorly done if you ask me. They didn't even manage to come close to capturing the theme's atmosphere but got stuck in a small part of the melody (rest too hard for ye? ;-)) and eventually added some dance percussion and some wind effects.

The least this required was some major background. The theme music isn't some flute concert or something, the music basically stamps on in a high rhythm and then you have some lead sounds. Considering that they seem to get a dance party going I'd say its a lost opportunity.

    Like ArcAttack for example:

  3. Oh good, I thought it was just me, but this really is a minimal effort…

Melody line through stereo delay, go it
Endless looping drum pattern, got it
Adding additional drum loops, got it
Flashing lights and pointless arm waving to create excitement, got em

Dull and boring as hell – WIN!

  4. Wow, tough room. I see you all must have your own Miko controlled fiber optic interfaced DRSSTC at home to play with. Well that's great. I'd love to hear and see what you all think you can do better since Arcattack is mind blowing to see and hear. Your all's loss if you think it's missing something. But it really is hard not only to pick songs that will sound good produced as a sine wave, but to simplify it enough to do and please the crowd. They ROCK!!!! Just my opinion though
