That's a really nice synth. You could ask a few bucks for it in good conscience, because it clearly represents a lot of work. Well-laid-out GUI, too. Now make a version for Macs, heh.

If you have a VST compatable host/sequencer……..put the .dll file in your vst folder, next time you start your sequencer, the synth will be ready to use
