OT: The first time I heard Pink Floyd’s Another Brick In The Wall, I wondered where the Pink Floyd of Meddle, Dark Side Of The Moon and Wish You Were Here. had gone.
They’d sold out and gone disco.
But now the circle is compete. This mashup, by Wax Audio, gives Roger Waters & David Gilmour a new backing band, The Bee Gees, and the result is actually kind of …..well, you be the judge.
You can download the MP3 here (.mp3 link).

Nice one

cool, but that's not Roger Waters & David Gilmour's vocals with a new backing band. sounds like Gilmour's actual solo at the end though.

'Echoes' has some seriously funky pre-disco-esque moments.. almost sounds like porn music for a bit

I'm gonna go put on my Grados now and crank up Animals to decontaminate my brain.

Too bad Syd Barrett went nuts. I always wonder what direction Pink Floyd would have taken had he staid with the band and Roger Waters had not taken the lead.

Has anyone checked out The Orb's record with David Gilmour? You should have by now if you're a Pink Floyd fan – http://www.metallicspheres.com

It's because their voices are pitched up to match Stayin' Alive, which is in a higher key.

Pink G's.
I think combining these two great tracks is a stroke of genius.
I wish I'd thought of it!
