This video captures the Orbital + Stephen Hawking performance at the opening ceremony of the 2012 Summer Paralympics.
The performance defiantly celebrates the possibilities embraced by the Paralympiad, and features Orbital’s Where Is It Going? and Ian Dury’s Spasticus Autisticus.

Makes so much more emotional sense than the 2012 Summer Olympics opening. After seeing the Queen skydive and Mr. Bean doing a Charriots of Fire skit, I was terrified that they were going to play Yaketty Sax and trot out the corpse of Benny Hill.
