The developer is using a unique approach to selling LifeFX. You can download the app for free, but it has limitations. If you like it, the full app is a $8.99 in-app purchase.

    1. Looks like they’re using it basically to unlock the app, vs typical in-app addons.

Pretty standard approach with desktop apps – but it’s nice to see a developer let you try before you buy.

  1. Ok – I am not easily pleased app wise , nor do I particularly go out of my way to endorse any product , but , this app combined with audiobus is a missing link – the dogs bollox , goodbye kaoss pad , hello livefx !
Shit hot app well worth the money clever intuitive and exciting to use well done indeed!!

    1. its no goodbye korg though, the effects are not so god yet, hope they get them better, cause the audiobus fx is realy needed
wold be nice with deeper effects and more possibilities to change the effect
I also would like a possibility to record a movement rather then just between two spots

  2. Need better algos…Really mediocre fx. I hope they work on it considering the price they are charging.
I tried the free version but didn’t find anything that is exceptional.
Heck, the free wejaam that was released few weeks ago has better fx !!

  3. This app is pretty frigging superb !!
Worth 110% the in app purchase and must get for anyone who’s serious about using his/her Ipad as an FX processor or inside the AUdioBus.

    I love it.

    Cheers mate.

  4. Am using it along with the iodock and already sent machinedrum, Sidstation, sh101 and Minotaur through it and the results were pretty wicked.
It’s a breeze to grasp and really useful for moulding fx and is overall very well thought of in IMO.
Switching presets 1-4 works great and fast (doesn’t crash) and provides a great way to make fx buildups and storing those presets to bank comes in pretty handy especially if used live.

At first launch via AUdioBus it somehow did manage to crash but since that incident it’s been solid.

I have 0 regrets for purchasing the inappPurchase

    Cheers

    1. can you use the middle slot in audiobus?
I suppose its when no mic input is connected livefx shotdown the line input ?
so when you use an iodock perhaps the problem is gone?
