    1. Can someone please just tell me when the Behringer X-touch will be available to purchase? Thats all i want to know, when can i buy it?

  1. I actually had an opportunity to review this unit, amazing quality. Midas’ M32 Digital Mixing Console is another one that was simply…..breathtaking. Behringer own’s Midas now and at the price point that the M32 is being offered, let’s just say that they have a winner.

      1. Marc, agreed, however with all of those inputs and computer interface, and the wealth of plug ins built in, it provides a great platform to consolidate, truly professional high end physical controls, the sonic depth at 192khz, coupled with Midas EQ and Dynamic tools it simply makes Allen and Heath’s and Yamaha’s pedestrian in their offerings.

        1. Agreed Digital C, its “there” M32 is a perfect beast, top features for that game.. thing is, im totally digital & doing more & more tv & film work.. im happy with my motu ultalite doing its thing in my 5.1 studio.. i just want the mix back, the physical ability to view a mix outside of the screens.. a lot of projects get delivered to me via OMF with lots of fades .. as much as i am totally software in practise, we have lost that tactile approach to separate the creative side from the mix itself.. a little like the way we lost good album covers in the name of mp3.. still it seems the only option out there is the ICON Qcon pro & Qcon pro ex… trouble is it doesn’t directly support my good friend & creative partner MOTU Digital performer.. another NAMM passes with my dreams unfulfilled. πŸ™

          1. Marc, have you considered the Tango or Tango 2 from Smart AV? Their site is http://www.smartav.net/ it is in the small price range around $5k yet there is nothing else like it and I believe it supports MOTU. I used it first hand at a friends house in York. They have US distribution.

Tango 2 is the newest iteration. Not very well known, yet one of the most amazing controllers out there!

            1. oooo wow, look at them !! perfect expansion too.. defo going to look closer at them.. thanx for the info.. still i don’t need or want the screens above , & after 28 years my backs already F%*ked, & im watching the video of it in use i think id last about 20 minz leaning over like that all day. haha πŸ™‚ soooo close, yet so far. great find any more ? πŸ™‚ thanx dude.

              1. Marc, you should consider using something like a Quik-Lok QL-400 Fully Adjustable Mixer Stand with Casters, once mounted you can easily angle the unit without having to lean forward or lean period. You can angle the controller to your posture for the best ergonomic stance.

                Cheers!

  2. I’m interested in the compact version to replace my B-Control Fader unit. The B-Control is ok, can’t beat the price, but the build quality is seriously lacking. I hope these units are better quality because the price is right:)

  3. Behringer has really been stepping up their game. The Truths have always been good but everything else has been hit or miss buildwise.
