    1. im sorry but not agree , these sounds are very very boring , very “poor” sounds, need lot of energy , they have no volumen and most of them sounds the same and they have no attack in the envelope , im using and analog four , i suppose analog keys has the same sound , right ? did you guys really listening to these sounds and feel the same as me ? . On the other hand, floppythispirates has a free soundbank called Depth&Vision that is by far better than this one and its free, but in my opinion much much better than these awful sounds, only 4 or 5 sounds are good in my opinion. Sorry for my review but its what i think,.

      1. well, here is my review: of all free soundpacks for the analog keys this is my favorite one to date. there are some very inspirational patches in there, especially in poly mode and with aftertouch. there is some awesome lfo programming.

        1. Not really plastic^^ like viktor said, very boring sounds… I agree with that opinion / fact. I’m still very happy with that depth&vision pack. There are a lot of very cool pads and strings included. Hope elektron released more stuff like that and not just only boring pads as in this case here!!!

      2. Sorry you don’t like pads, but that was the focus here and hence why the envelopes are similar. Depth & Vision is a great pack as well, but it’s meant to cover more ground. In any case, these are free.

    2. Well, I’ve just downloaded the “biopads” sound pack and tested all of the 150 patches. The first thing I’ve noticed was, that there were a few patches with different volume levels. This is something that could be quiet dangerous to our speakers or ears as well!

Another Thing is, I was searching for the patches played in the promo video for this sound pack but I really can’t find one of them in the actually biopads sound pack! Sorry, but only lean designed patches compared to other artists in my opinion…

And the fact that Boligik doesn’t even care about to name one of the patches, which can be very useful to import only selected ones, makes it an unprofessionel sound pack and unwisely to publish it!

Hope you don’t mad at me Biologik, but I designed synth sounds since the mid 80’s and I’m sure there could be a better standard for such a sound pack beacause the the idea and the cover were great!

      Regards,

      Tim

      1. No worries, I’m not sure which patches were used as I didn’t make the promo video. I’ve been traveling for the last few weeks but I can check when I get home.

    1. like I wrote above, I think elektron took some patches of this sound pack and tweaked them to unknowability for the promo video to enhanced the presentation -.- I can’t find them and I was searching for them too!!! And no, that has nothing to do because elektron was using multimap…

  1. As a pad lover, this pack is bliss for me. To criticize a free bank of (mostly) pads for lack of interesting envelopes is like criticizing a bank of dubstep patches for having too many “wubwubs.” Take the patches and make them your own. I’m glad elektron are giving these away for free and not charging for them.
