Klevgränd Produktion AB has introduced Enkl – a new monophonic software synthesizer for iPad.
In addition to its synthesis features, Enkl supports Inter-App Audio, AudioBus and MIDI.

Sounds Very Chippy… i like
I love the fact that it’s basically all on one screen. It does chippy well but it also can be very nasty in a good way.
why why why why why why why do these ipad synth people keep making monosynths? it just screams laziness to me… “hi, i drive a supercharged 1969 Ford Mustang, but i never go out of first gear…”
make it an OPTION to go into mono mode. like most polysynths have since they were invented.
Hank, it’s nothing to do with lazy and all to do with CPU. E.g. 4 voice polyphony requires 4 times the cpu power of the monophonic version. Looks like this synth has a few things going on, so it probably was a conscious trade-off.
The demo video didn’t impress me too much.
The demo doesn’t do it justice. I’d use this over some of the more complex synths just because it’s more direct and more fun.
