Sunday Synth Jam: This video captures an ambient improvisation by synthesist Craig Padilla.
This is Padilla’s first recording of music with this huge modular synthesizer. The synth was custom built for Padilla by synth designer George Mattson.
“The combination of the Division 6 Sequencers and the Synthrotek MST Oscillators make a very beautiful sound,” notes Padilla.
Padilla has released more than a dozen albums, in the space music and ambient music genres, which are available via his site.
