EFX.Remote-iOS is an iPad patch editor + MIDI controller for the Roland TB-3, based on the MIDI control app TB- MIDI Stuff.

TB MIDI Stuff is an impressive app. I’ve seen quite a few of these model-specific controllers made in TBMS.
This is a fantastic use of the iPad as a bridge technology to provide a different GUI, not to replace, but perhaps to enhance the UI of some gear that might have some limitations.
