iConnectivity Intros 2-in, 6-out iConnectAUDIO2+

At the 2016 NAMM Show: Interface maker iConnectivity has announced the iConnectAUDIO2+, the latest in their series of “next-generation” audio and MIDI interface for Mac, PC, and iOS.

iConnectAUDIO2+ accommodates mics, synths, MIDI, instruments, speakers, headphones, and up to two computer devices at one time (Mac/PC/iOS). The interface features two premium combo inputs and six outputs, including an independent headphone mix and assignable direct monitoring. iConnectivity’s unique Audio and MIDI “passThru” technologies allows flexible routing between everything connected.

The interface’s most-used functions can be controlled from its touch panel, and iConnectivity’s iConfig software for iOS, MAC, and PC is included for setting up flexible audio and MIDI routing. Snapshots are then stored in flash memory on the device.

  1. iConnect devices are an absolute must if you want to incorporate iOS into your studio workflow.
i got their midi2+ device and couldnt be happier. seamless integration into my workflow.

their midi interface options are above & beyond what I have seen on others, with the exception being MOTU’s MTP-AV. sooooo many features. its a great device and well worth the money.

    1. Same here, I love my I connect midi 2+. I bit the bullet and bought the power adapter but it wasworth it as Lemur tends to drain my iPad battery quicker than most other apps! Add to the fact I forget to charge my iPad sometimes which is a pain if you used a CCK and USB midi adapted like I do.

  2. Does anyone know if this will this function as a standalone “Midi host”? For example, an OP-1 and other midi gear (w/o a computer)… I think their iConnectMIDI14 will but not sure about this unit.
