    1. If you are looking at the baroque/black version and noticed that the knobs are not very close to the surface of the front panel, that is because that was a prototype. After this version, we changed to ALPS pots on the Atomic/white version, where each is bolted to the front panel and the knobs have a much better feel. Custom pots will lower the knobs a bit more for a finished look.

One thing we made sure was there is plenty of space to get in there and tweak those 25 knobs and push those 14 buttons. I have seen an used too many tightly packed synth panels and I hate bumping the wrong knob or accidently pressing a button.

  1. I’m not sure to understand. The internal resolution of the synth is 12 bit ? Are the cc standard 7 bit or 12 bit ?

    1. All the knob positions are read, processed and recorded at 12bit resolution (0-4095). So everything you do and save internal to the Synth is in high resolution, making all the knobs precise and smooth. Patches are stored and recalled to this precision as well. But control by external MIDI CC is standard 128 steps.

  2. Synth with nice specs, nice look and nice price.
Absolutely awful video presentation, almost makes me want to look at a sonic state variant instead (don’t worry, I won’t).
As always personal, in this range my choice would be the Moog M32 or otherwise the Korg Minilogue, but nothing wrong with this particular synth.
