  1. thank you guys ,
looks like a very nice device that will bridge things together
look forward to see what ableton 10 has cooking as well.

  2. This is so awesom! You could even use Softube Modular as your modular/cv source.
Patch your osc to an aux -out -> route to cv4live – calibrate – PROFIT 🙂

  3. I really like this idea! The idea of controlling software with hardware is something I am very familiar with. I actually like this better then Live controlling the modular components as sound sources. It gives the software a hardware interface that you can drive things with.

  4. this would work with any synthesizer, no? even with things like theremin or korg monotron, turntable outputting control vinyl signal, etc?

  5. I’m way more impressed that I expected to be, so much so, that I feel guilty about downloading the free plug-in for free.

  6. hey guys, here´s some info we forgot to mention in the video

clock4live requires hot trigger signal, even clipped!, so make sure you get the needed input level into live. if needed, put a “utility” pre clock4live and amp the trigger signal.

cv4live however, will not work properly with clipped signal! so make sure you stay under 0db! your signal level should also be not too low, it should be just right.

  7. AAAhhhrrggg
Such a great concept BUT that doesn’t work with Live Intro :-(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

  8. hey anybody else have trouble with the tempo staying relatively stable when using the clok4live..
my tempo is jumping a looooot!!!

    1. hey shantam, you should experiment with different trigger sources, eoc of maths works great for example. also make sure that the trigger is not too long, and that the level is hot

    2. trigger length plays a big role, also trigger level should be hot. if you have maths, use the eoc output for example.
