    1. yes, or maybe a feature to chain them all from one master keyboard. Or put the things into a more fully-functioning keyboard box! the mini ones work clearly, so why not slightly bigger versions with more voices, better keys (or no keys), bigger array of voice diversity? It would be like a matrixbrute philosophy (multiple oscillator and filter styles within one beast) but at a great price.

  1. I think an iPad running Korg Gadget with NanoKontrol Studio is more versatile and less expensive choice than a bunch of volcas.

    1. for all the modules gadget has, it sounds entirely sterile to me and i tried hard to like it . 0 sweetspot.
volcas on the other hand are extremely limiting but manage to surprise and delight constantly.

its different markets and really not to be compared in terms of value. and of course you do not factor the ipad into the comparision because “everyone has one” right?

volca kick sounds fantastic for what it does actually. reckon it will be a staple in couple of genres.

  2. I’m really interested in this, especially given what I would pay for a kick drum module in eurorack format that does way less than this.
