  1. I wonder whether they’ve updated anything other than the colour of the plastic cover?
    It’s a great sounding machine!

Have they add new filter types? updated the factory presets (they were very vanilla)? New sample library? …

Maybe I should update PatchMorpher 🙂 It worked pretty well (including support for both layers) and gave interesting results.

  2. My gold KingKorg is a great workhorse for gigs – it sounds fantastic for a VA. An update to presets would be good. Glad they’re keeping it alive!

  3. I raise a toast to the Korg R&D team! This is soooo not the ultimate anticlimax and could well have done with an extra 3 months of teasers.

  4. “Support for librarian software that lets you manage programs”.

What librarian software is that? Does anybody know? And is that software also available for the “older” Kingkorg?

      1. Thanks Oscar! I knew the Soundtower editor, but I’ve emailed Soundtower with a couple of questions earlier, and they don’t seem to respond to e-mails, so I am hesitant to pay for their editor. I didn’t know the Baloran editor, will try it.
