AKAI Launches ‘L Series’ Wireless Bluetooth MIDI Controllers

AKAI has launched the L Series Wireless Bluetooth MIDI controllers.

Featuring Bluetooth MIDI connectivity (OS and iOS only) and iOS compatibility, the LPK25 Wireless keyboard and LPD8 Wireless pad controller are designed for musicians who want the freedom to create and perform anywhere.

  1. I had an Akai 25 key controller in that small size (non BT, just USB). I really didn’t like it.

    I tried a Korg MicroKey 25 and liked it much more, better build, nicer key feel and velocity response.

    I expect the MicroKey air to be a better feeling keyboard as well. FWIW.

  2. We need more wireless devices and more radiation in our lives. Then we have to go sit on mount Everest in order to compose. Cables are so 80`s. We also need more wireless music and wireless brains and wireless phones. It`s all sooooo Funky. We are soooo evolved
