2Rule has released SynthTrack, a free rhythmic effect plugin for Mac & Windows.
Applied to audio tracks, SynthTrack applies Filter ADSR and LFO effects to synths on flat chords or moving sound waves. According to the developer, SynthTrack is ideal for creating rhythmic gated pad sounds.
With the envelope-controlled step sequencer it’s also possible to turn pad sounds into arp-like sequences.

BIG thanks to 2Rule for this one: a much needed and much appreciated gift.
It’s a cool plugin, I could create nice rhythmic patterns and also could shape audio tracks in a very interesting way. However, there’s no midi learn feature. I think it would be a great improvement to include it in a next update.
Nice plugin but I wish they’d port to AU.
Unfortunately, it’s 32 bits only.
