Bastl Instruments has released a major update to their Knit Rider Eurorack module.

The update is delivered as a new chip (ATMEGA 328) that replaces the original.

Here’s what’s new in version 1.5:

• Stability and timing improvement (rewritten the timing core)
• PTRN/MUTE button can be switched to toggle mode
• The trigger output can be set to 4 different fixed values or 4 different random variations (affects gate time as well)
• Added swing feature for both master and slave modes
• Bug fixes
