Hermod Eurorack Modular Brain Pricing & Availability

Squarp has announced pricing and availability for its new Hermod ‘modular brain’ for Eurorack synthesizers.

Hermod brings together a powerful step sequencer, a CV looper, a real-time effect processor, LFO generators and a bi-directional MIDI-USB-CV input/output interface.

The Hermod is expected to ship in January, with pre-orders starting in December for $450 / 380€. See the Squarp site for details.

    1. Yes but you are going to need want actual CV, not CV converted to MIDI, you are going to need a DC coupled audio interface or additional module like the ES-3/ES-6 or ES-8 to facilitate it.

  1. This might possibly be the most dangerous piece of Eurorack gear ever released. Because 8 tracks means I’ll need dozens of new modules…

  2. Wait a second, only 40-240 bpm? Why not the 10-999.9 of the Pyramid? Most of my clocks in my modular do 20 to 500+bpm… Not I’m not so sure I shouldn’t be buying a pyramid instead
