The Raumzeitmaschine – A True Stereo Tube Reverb

Tegeler Audio Manufaktur has introduced a unique new hardware reverb, The Raumzeitmaschine.

The Raumzeitmaschine (space-time-machine) is a hybrid analog + digital true stereo reverb, with some very unique features, including plug-in automation, vacuum-tubes and servos on the hardware controls. 

Here’s an example of a techno track, using two Raumzeitmaschinen for two individual reverbs:

Features:

  • True stereo tube reverb
  • Creates a ‘unique reverb space’
  • Tubes – Two double triodes and input and output transformers per channel
  • Predelay, room size, density and decay time adjustable
  • Ethernet
  • Controllable via the front panel, via a browser-based interface or via plug-in (VST, AU, AAX)
  • Servomotor pots
  • Handmade

  1. I gotta say, I like the sound of that reverb very much. I don’t see myself blowing 2700 Euros on it, but I guess for a handmade tube reverb, that’s not an insane price.

    The sound is pretty gorgeous, I gotta say.

  2. Alla I can say is WOW! Love watching the Servomotor pots move and is controllable from a DAW. The video sounds great! When I set up my new mastering lab I will buy. Nice one.
