MANIPULATÖR 002 DIY Touchscreen MIDIBOX Controller

The MANIPULATÖR 002 is a DIY MIDIBOX build, featuring a 21.5″ capacitive touchscreen.

MIDIbox is a DIY platform that defines hardware (the MIDIbox Hardware Platform) and software (MIDIbox Operating System) for running MIDI applications.

The MANIPULATÖR 002 can be used as a MIDI controller for music applications, sequencer, modular controller, video mixer or lighting desk. The video captures a first test, controlling some Moog synths and plugins, using Open Labs’ Stagelight.

  1. The moment a midi only sequencer exists in this format just like cubase was on the Atari. That would be great.
    No bloat ware or softsynths.
