  1. nice idea tho he only touches about 6 of the knobs in total, barely adjusting anything in any of these clips lol. surely a useful device . . . no demonstration at all of the filter bank.

  2. I like the form factor and the sound, what we get of it. It seems nice & tactile without being too crowded to play easily. I prefer to make my own loops with delays, cut-&-pasting or dressing up the occasional Alchemy library find, but if I was looking to take up a hardware commitment, yeah, maybe. Its a bit like some of the old Roland Grooveboxes that were a moderate GUI nightmare, but with a cleaner design. That 12-channel analog filter section has “playable” written all over it.

  3. With so many of these little boxes how hard would it be to offer optional rack ears? Everyday on Synthtopia I see new modular offerings, stuff that is meant to be racked. Why is this type of gear any different? I have no modular gear but after 30+ years of hundreds of setups my current hardware setups have morphed into semi modular configurations i.e. synths or controller boards, above those in racks are modules, my mixers are racked, all within comfortable reach of a horseshoe kind of surround table top design. It is so much more fun and comfortable to edit and play stuff for me, and if you want table top it leave the rack ears off, but a choice would be there.
    JMO and just curious.

      1. Thanks JJ. Not unexpected. We’ve been spoilt by great value products and it takes a slight reajustment to realise these lower volume labour of loves require a grand dropping……

        1. In all honesty, after I saw the prices for their other gear, I’ve expected it to be more expansive.
Anyway, it looks really interesting. I hope Thomann will sell this, otherwise it could be a bit complicated to get one.
